Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Atelier Home™, every order is handled with care. We prepare and ship each piece quickly, so please read this policy before you order.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. Email us with your order number. We will cancel it and give you a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order is handed to the courier, we cannot stop the shipment. 

Accept the delivery and return it. Follow Section 3 below.

We issue refunds once the item is back with us and inspected.

3. Returns After Delivery
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • The piece must be unused, undamaged, and complete.
  • Please return it in its original boxes and packaging, with all certificates and documents. We recommend keeping all packaging until you are sure you want to keep your piece.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please use a tracked and insured service.
  • For large sculptures shipped by freight, return costs can be high. Contact us first and we will give you an estimate.
  • If a returned piece shows signs of use or damage, we may reduce the refund.

4. Refunds

  • We refund you within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method.
  • If you used a discount or promo code, we refund the amount you actually paid.
  • Express shipping fees are not refunded.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom-made or personalised pieces (for example, made to your specifications or engraved for you).

6. Damaged on Arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a solution at no cost to you.

7. How to Start a Return
Contact our support team before sending anything back. We will send you the return address and packing instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
