Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: Delivery in 5–9 business days.
  • Express Shipping (FedEx/DHL): Delivery in 5–7 business days.
  • Fast Dispatch: We ship all orders within 1–2 working days. You get tracking information within 2 working days.

Customs & Duties
In some countries (for example, Brazil, Mexico), local taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply. Your country's rules set these charges. They are not included in the product price and are paid by the recipient. We work with trusted couriers and provide accurate shipping documents to help avoid delays and unexpected costs.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible orders only. Please contact us before you send anything back.

How to request a return:

  1. Email us at info@atelier-home.art within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number.
  2. We check if your order is eligible and send you return instructions.
  3. Pack the piece in its original boxes and packaging, with all certificates and documents included.

Return conditions:

  • The piece must be unused, undamaged, and complete.
  • It must be returned in its original boxes and packaging. We recommend keeping all packaging until you are sure you want to keep your piece.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please use a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.
  • For large sculptures shipped by freight, return costs can be high. Contact us and we will give you an estimate first.
  • If a returned piece shows signs of use or damage, we may reduce the refund amount.
  • Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.
  • Custom-made or personalised pieces cannot be returned.
  • Art on Sale cannot be returned.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Express shipping fees are not refunded.

Damaged on Arrival?
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a solution at no cost to you.
